Sorry guys, but there's way too much going on right now to have anyone on the site. We're starting to set up for Beta V2 - we're going to have this done real soon, but right now we can't give out a specific timeline on it.

In Beta V2, we're going to have a huge, huge range of new features, including but not limited to:

h.264 support
Image and Audio upload support
The launch of our long awaited "Community" system
Up to a massive 8gb video upload size

Dont worry - all your videos, accounts, and everything else is still 100% intact.

Over the past month, a number of websites continued to leech our bandwidth after it was prohibited. Unfortunately, due to this attack, we have disabled video viewing while we develop our second beta system. These webmasters have cost us tens of thousands of dollars per day - bandwidth which we cannot justify, as it's not on our domain.

These websites continued to leech from our servers throughout our beta, without a care for the potential shutdown of the only large HD-Ready user generated video portal online.

We've got a lot of work to do, but we'll keep in touch. Our forum and chat systems are still online, where a member of the VReel Team will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have.

Latest news coming from Vreel is the website will be down for approximately 2-3 weeks for updates and enhancements. Which would make Vreel.net come back up around 8/18/08.
