hallo, im really bussy ripping and recoding DVDs. Im recoding to AVI, but this means that if i choose the subtitle setting, wen the movie plays it will have subtitles , and you cant turn them off. id like to no, for uploading onto QQS, should i do english audio language and no subtitles, or english audio with english subtitles ( for the deaf community) or should i do english audio with some other language subtitle.
And next id like to no, if a movie is origanlly , lets say french, should i recode it so its dubed in english, or leave it in its original language and put english subs on it.
So wat do you want wink.gif

well you are the uploader . its your choice .

i think its best though that you leave it with english audio and no subs as then the person who downloads the video can put in he/she's desired subs on their own accord

Yup, entirely up to you. Although I would not mind seeing more foreign films with english subs. Just my two cents smile.gif

You should do english audio with no subs. Most movie's subtitles can be downloaded separately, so the downloader can choose whatever subs they need or want themselves, but its entirely up to you.

Although I know how to download, rip, burn, upload movies, I still have not mastered the subtitles deal. Maybe cause I have not really messed with it. I would really like to see some of the new movies with Spanish subtitles but thats just me. Good luck
