The south tip of Kyushu is not at all the "bottom" or "southernmost tip" of Japan. The southernmost tip of Japan is techincally Okinotorishima, though this is an uninhabited atoll far south of Honshu. Nevertheless, the southernmost tip of Japan accessible to the public is Takanazaki in Hateruma, Okinawa prefecture. The Okinawa part of Ryukyu is not just formally a part of Japan, it is inhabited, so ignoring that and repeatedly claiming that the southernmost tip of Kyushu is the southernmost tip of Japan is clearly wrong.
