n yea as far as the new guitar hero, i just read on it that it is supposed to be like playing as aerosmith from when the started all the way up to the big time, its supposed to have alot of their songs, and all their favorite rick songs

aerosmith has some good songs but what I like about guitar hero is its various songs so I don't know how good the 4th one will be. Guitar hero 3 rocks though

I have all 3 of the original GH games. Missed out on the Encore hits of the 80's. Also I have the Rockband game. (PS2 format) I love em all! I am looking forward to the Aerosmith GH game that is due out this summer. I don't know how good of an idea it is to just have one feature artist for this kind of product, but I guess we shall see how it goes later on. I know I'll be buying it.

I played all of these games and I love them all (not so much the Encore). It is exactly like Guitar Hero 2 and there are no new songs to buy or anything. PS2 format of Rockband is amazing, but my only issue was the fact that it was just playing the songs and being on tour. There is nothing to unlock or buy, just play. That made me a little angry. But I don't see anything wrong with just Aerosmith songs on Guitar Hero 4. Joe Perry is one of the most amazing guitar players ever and I love Aerosmith. So this would be another great one for me.
