do you know when your doing an assignment for your college and you need some real good information and once you search through the internet for a website and found that the information is on this website that you come across, but the thing is they ask you for a registration with ofcource some hmmmmm $$$$. you cant afford to right. below are some list of tricks that found to be handy.
this works on forums site, site which does like reports but ask you to pay first, download site which require registration, even some site which require money to sign in and lots. trust me it works

Bugmenot

is a groovy website to find and share logins for websites that force you to register. Just fill in the web adress in the search box and Login details will be provided if available for that particular site.

Google Bot

Most of the websites today get maximum number of visitors from google. So all the websites including ones that require registration, would like to see their content indexed by Google. Therefore as soon as they detect the google bot, they allow it to acess pages that are normally restricted to human users, so if a normal human being visits the website using a web browser, he is politely redirected to the “Please register first” webpage.

There is a cool Firefox Extension called Firefox User Agent Switcher that lets you switch the user agent so that the reg-only website is fooled to think that you are a web spider.

You can download the Firefox user agent switcher extension here . After downloading and installing the extension you have to do the following:-
Goto Tools>>Extensions>>Select User Agent Switcher

Click Options button and select User Agents from the Sidebar.

Then click Add to add new User Agent.

In the description box write “Google Bot” and in the User Agent Box write “Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; googlebot/2.1; +http://www.google.com/bot.html”. without quotations ok

please share some site which you come across which require $$$ to sign in and bu using the above trick you bypass it just like that biggrin.gif

The Bugmenot FF extension was working last week. But the main site is down, again. But you can use similar things to log in to private trackers. Just do a search for disposable email. Some work better than others...Zipspam is a good one. Its still working at the mo for alt Veoh accounts too.

I wouldn`t want to recommended anything I`ve not used but just google "disposable email" and you`ll find 100`s. Just dont use em on QSS..lol

One disposable email thing thats ALWAYS reliable is mailinator.com. I've gotten free paypal accounts this way and such, just for the sake of trying. and you dont even have to sign up! Just type whatever you want in the 'Check Inbox' box to the left. You dont even have to do it before you sign up, just sign up with <whateveryouwant>@mailinator.com, and when they send you your email, just type it in on the Mailinator website and there it is. Pretty simple, eh?

Sorry, forgive me for sounding a bit of a thiko, but I don't get it? How does this disposable E-Mail thing work? I mean, how can you get into web sites that are password protected using just an E-Mail? like PayPal for example, if you wanted a FREE PayPal account, you would still have to enter personal details, and if you wanted to get into private torrent trackers, you would need a user and password still, so how does just an E-Mail get you all this? I still don't get it blink.gif
