[font="Garamond"]I have long loved the Brit. Tv version of "The Good Neighbors," the UK version I think was called "The Goods". Either way it as a show that was way ahead of it's time. It was all about conservation and being more self-sufficient. It could hve been boring save the clever mix of neighbors and the cheeky upbeat mood of one couple and the jaded- sometime high brow fuss- of the other neighbors.
I really wish that show. I would like to see old episodes. But I have to say the very last episode of the very last series, stank. It STANK! And I have never understood how they could take a clever, upbeat, never say die story where you always rooted for the couple to make a go of it without losing any more than was necessary. Won't give away the plot. But it did make me mad. I still love the show. I love to watch those episodes time and again.
