Is season 2 supposed to be a storyline about cutter being in an alternate dimension that is going to be resolved, or did they just redo the shows concept a little?

For some reason the toduos only run for 10 minutes for me and then stop. Also I found episode 4 on guba since the link posted doesnt work.

I'll post the link once I finish watching it.

That happened on the last episode posted too. Glad to know it is the full episode.
EDIT: It plays straight through the 8:51 mark as if it wasn't there. Buffering indications also appear to be inaccurate, i.e. it's actually buffering even though it doesn't appear to be doing anything.
Download speed seems pretty good too - can stream video with only a pause here and there to buffer.
