I was wondering...Does anyone know if I Will get banned from Stage6 for posting movies and breaking their terms?
I have a number of movies i wouldnt mind uploading to stage6 and posting here, but i dont wanna get banned from Stage6 or anything like that.

You might get banned but you can just make another account and post your stuff there.
I mean make a new account and put the movies on that.

One has to be crafty to avoid that particular bit of nastiness. Some people have multiple accounts. I have two because the first one got locked out of uploading for excessive strikes. They won't tell a person how many that is, or when they occur.

One of the things that others do is upload in parts. Uploading via the DivX player is faster (File\Publish file to Stage6). So give that a shot. If the "server busy" error appears, it is saying that the file already exists on the server. Go back to the file & shave off some time at the beginning or the end. Renaming it will not resolve that error. This is one reason many people split. Here's a good splitter that I use.

1. open vdm
2. drag-n-drop movie into vdm
3. click "file" then "save as"
4. check "√" segment output file
5. where it says "limit size (in megabytes) of each segment to:" to split a 700mb file in two put 350 here
6. change "video mode" to "direct stream copy"
7. name the file and click save
