what's the best format to upload video to mega video. I'm having some problems. what's the best format that you would recommend. AVI, MPEG FLV? and what would bhe bitrate be? video size? audio compression? codec?

I'm not having a great time. I'm liking megavideo so I'm hoping that you all can help me.

Any help would be appreciated. In the original format, it's at 800x600

I upload alot to megavideo i do it by avi it gives me no problem the only pain is the wait on the convert proses after it's done uploading hope that helps
