I have to say as a Student and a C.S.I to be i absolutely love the show. I have seen every episode since it came out 10 years ago. The stories are fantastic and love how they, over the 10 years, have changed and let the characters grow. I especially loved the 2 part episode where Quentin Tarentino directed.

Personally I believe it would be an insult for anyone on the internet not to be a fan of CSI (original)
As for Miami and New york they feel like knockoffs compared to the original show.

yeah, i'm with haleem. vegas rockz... compared to miami and n.y. don't like them.

but i wouldn't call myself a fan of the show.

heard alot of good thing so I go watch my first episode of watching CSI and it was some kinda half wolf half man family it was really messed up, so that was the last time watching that show

one of my favourite scenes is when the rocker gets killed and when they do the autopsy the sing the cause of death, thought that as pretty funny!

i love csi! it's my favorite show out there. grissom is bad ass! as for miami and ny they are kinda blah. i don't mind miami but ny is boring! and h from miami has some really really bad one liners.

CSI is so great, but i dont think its been out for 10 years, 7 maybe...

anyway, ya gotta love the original series, thats where it all began, and the charactors really grew on us. As for the Other CSI's, well, CSI:NY is ok, but CSI:Miami is FUCKIN AWESOME!!!!!

Honestly, for a time, i started liking Miami better then Vegas, because Vegas was just becoming boring, same ol same ol kinda stuff. Miami on the other hand did something different. While the crimes were just as good, and the stories were smart, I honestly found the Charactors were deeper and more interesting then Vegas. There have been some shocking moments that i was like Holy Shit!!, scenes that were just so unexpected, it had me really feeling for the charactors. One of the Main CSI's was killed, one had a nail shot into his eye, Horatio(the miami grissom) took fell in love with his other CSI's sister, who was dying from cancer, but she was killed by a gang that wanted revenge on Horatio. The emotion in that episode was just crazy, I find that i know those charactors better then the Vegas Charactors.

Dont get me wrong, Vegas has some deep stuff goin on too, the Tarantino episode was probably the best crime show episode ever.... I honestly think that was when Vegas started getting deep with its charactors. Before that, it was all repetitive stuff, but since then, a lot has changed. The relationships are better, friendships, storylines(the miniture killer was pretty damn cool)...

I dunno, I think Grissom is great, but Horatio is more of a strong, heroic charactor. Grissom is more at home in the lab, but Horatio goes after the criminals like a man on a mission. He is just as smart(his fortay is explosives, grissoms is bugs..) but there is something more human about Horatio. I think if people gave that show a chance, especially the last 2 seasons, they will be hooked on that show.

As for NY, well, its ok, but it doesnt have the same appeal as the other 2 shows. I really hope there are some more crossover episodes, those are always good. Although the crossovers are really only tools to introduce a new series, it would be pretty damn cool if say NY and Vegas hooked up on a crime, that would be cool!

I love the show even tho I have only seen about 12 episodes. I am hoping to start renting the show and start watching it on hear by next year so I can catch up. The show is just great.

I love CSI, I have yet to venture off into NY but I have caught a few episodes of Miami and I really like that one also. But my heart is with Grissom

i love the original, the rest arnt as good.

i love the origional, grissom is the best, i do watch and enjoy miami and new york, but with miami H always has teh same pose, same cheesy lines, and Alexx the ME is really annoying, but same with catherine on vegas one, she annoys me, hey maybe i just watch way to much csi, but has to be the origional, also woont be going to vegas anytime soon, haha, or miamo or new york id just be keeping clear of them, haha .

I love Vegas and Miami, I've only watched one episode of NY but it bored me and I haven't watched it since. It was an episode where I think a died at a street fair. Pretty boring, but anyways I love love love vegas. I DVR every episode, all the ones that come on Spike and on NBC. I barely catch Miami but I do like it alot, I have like this crazy crush on H, lol. But Grissom is so much more awesomer. I love him, Cathrine annoys me sometimes but I still like her. I think NIck is my second fav next to Grissom. IDK anyways yeah I love CSI"Crime Scene Investagation and CSI:Miami...

Laurence Fishburne As Ray Langston

Laurence Fishburne is an Emmy-Award winning and Oscar-nominated actor from Augusta, Georgia. His debut on CSI as Professor Ray Langston will be in the ninth episode of this season, '19 Down,' airing December 11, 2008.

Professor Langston does not seek out the CSI team himself and, in fact, has no official connection to law enforcement whatsoever. It all comes about when Grissom attends a very unusual college seminar in which Professor Langston has set up a two-way camera feed with a notorious serial killer: on one side is the packed classroom, on the other side is Nate Haskell, the infamous "Dick & Jane Killer," taking questions from the students about his crimes. But Grissom's real interest is far more than academic -- he's actually in the seminar "undercover," pretending to be a visiting faculty member.

Why? Because couples in Las Vegas are being murdered again, and in the same pattern as the previous victims of the Dick & Jane Killer. Somehow Nate Haskell is working with an accomplice, reaching out from behind bars to continue killing. Grissom needs to find out how he's doing it and as quickly as possible, but unfortunately for Grissom, even the best cover gets blown eventually. Despite Langston's resentment when he realizes that he and his class have been used, he and Grissom must find a way to work together in order to catch the accomplice and put a end to the Dick & Jane Killer's rampage once and for all.

Any of you watching the trilogy thats going on with CSI just now? I knew it was coming but it still snuck up on me, i had no idea they were doing it Ep1. CSI Miami, Ep2. CSI NY, Finale CSI Las Vegas.

CSI has been one of my favourite shows for a long time but i find myself looking forward to tonights episode more so than usual.
