) but I 've been watching this season as my fall back when I've watched the other shows that I follow, and this season has actually been really good so far. Personally I'm liking it better than all the scattered episodes from other seasons that I've seen... Maybe its just because the number of sex scenes this season has been almost none and theres been a lot more focus on hard realities... random thoughts but ya. I think it was the start of episode 5 (or maybe the middle of 4) that I had to stop and search to see if the actress who plays Meredith is pregnant. It was seeming pretty obvious to me that she was with the drastic cut in screen time and the way they were doing all the shots with her carefully not to show. And Yep sure enough I caught an article from somewhere in september about her going on mat-leave sometime during this season.
I need a dedicated Greys fan to fill me in. I don't know the background of stuff in this show, just bits and pieces from the scattered episodes I watched here and there last year in res. I've been following this season though cause its seeming more developed and interesting to me, but I don't really want to go back and watch the old seasons cause I didn't really like what I watched back then. So I'm missing a lot of the backstory plot arcs and at the end of the last episode, Meredith's voice over when she's looking at the cheif, I think I'm missing something. So if someone wants to PM me (rather than post spoilers on here for other people) and give me a run down on the signifigance of those last few minutes of the show, I'd appreciate it. Cause I don't know really much of the Chief's backstory other than he had an affair with Meredith's mother, and the fact that James Pickens Jr. played AD Kersh on X-files which I still can't get over (they're just so different characters and I don't even think he's looks the same at all!).
