Indeed she is. That was at the same time, simple and impressive. What I found interesting was she did not appear to realize she was being filmed and no one in the kitchen seemed to pay attention. Obviously used to seeing it.

I remember in a knife store in the mall there was a Korean girl working there. She was obviously a new employee and had no real idea how to open a balisong. I showed her a few times and she fumbled around with it a bit. The next time I was in the mall was about a year later. She was doing two of them at the same time while watching TV. She was doing them so fast it was impossible to follow.
