so i was looking for sweet rums for my mixed drinks at my party this weekend ( i have decided to use 10 cane rum). and while i was looking i found this lady talking about injecting chocolate covered strawberries with it. that sounded AWWWWWWWWWWEEEEEEESSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMEEEEEEEEE!!!! So im gonna do it. i dont have a double boiler so im going to have to melt my chocolate in the microwave, which scares me O.O .... anywho im looking for a spooky name for these treats. im going to name all my stuff and put name cards on the table. also if u have anymore ideas on spooky treats lemme know

you can fashion a boiler from two pots or pot and a bowl

yeah, a double boiler is easy to McGuyver up. Doin your choco on the microwave will not only run the risk of burning it, but the microwaves will cause a breakdown in its consistency and it won't have the proper texture (you'll get clumps, hard spots, and massive discoloration)

i use the "two pots" method. microwave= badness x's 2
