i have been loading the zune i bought for my daughters birthday and i was wanting to put a couple tv shows or movies on it...
since she is 12 so i dont know what is hip or in or whatever they call it nowadays...

so... i need some suggestions please

glee, vampire diaries, maybe gossip girl. and as for movies you can never go wrong with twilight!

stens and stone you guys are rly in a wrong world the child is 12 sou South Park is rly outa question since its as you provbly know to Vulgar (bad Language) and Hitme provbly dont want to hear his Doughter yell around F***** Sh*** or what eva as for gosip girl, vamp diaries,or twilight cmon that is for 16 to 18+ year old

hitme i woud suggest you seek some Movie from DivX Children & Family some new movie maybe something like this new animation movie UP or Ice Age 3 HD or Monsters Vs Aliens you know she is 12 year old they are still in that age in to such movies and even we old folks like to see some cartoon these days

Anything from the Disney Channel is a safe bet

she doesnt like disney... she says its for kids...

so far i have the vampire diaries and twilight downloaded...

alright, hitme knows his daughter, but i would be careful not to give her too childish shows... my dad treating me "as a child" when i was that age didn't go over very well!

and if she hasn't seen it you should give her titanic - it was my favourite when i was 12.

edit: sorry hitme, i missed your answer! you should give her some more classics like the princess bride, pretty in pink etc. she most likely haven't seen them, and they're culturally educational (but don't tell her that).

Roswell was a fav of my niece.

personally i think children should learn about and get past obscenity at a young age.
there is absolutely nothing wrong with yelling SHIT! after you hammer your thumb..
and they're going to hear it anyway, all that you can do as a parent is try to help teach
them when and when it isn't appropriate to be obscenely funny..
