Martin Bashir was recently interviewing a couple of Scientologists for ABC News... and all was going well until he started talking about Xenu. Apparently, talking about Xenu is offensive and will cause Scientologists to leave. Really? That easy? I guess the next step is just to have some Danish cartoonist draw pictures of Xenu in funny hats and there will be rioting in Clearwater for days. That'll be a blast to watch.

Lemme get this straight.... the church teaches people how to be "clear" and then you receive special powers.... that are totally undetectable by anyone with a video camera and a Youtube account? Like... you can not get even ONE super power on tape? The promise of special powers is nice.... but seriously.... who is stupid enough to spend that much time, money and dedication to something that is 100 percent unvalidated?

In my personal experience.... all religious people are offended to some degree by a dry atheist wit and a few probing questions.... but none are as easily offended as the Scientologists. Those people tend to loose their shit if you show even the slightest bit of skepticism. Even their own public relation spokesperson is a little baby who throws a tantrum when you mention the Z word (Zenu).

And Zenu?! COME ON MAN! An intergalactic villain makes its way into your religion... by a REAL LIFE SCIENCE FICTION WRITER?! What are the chances?!

People who believe in this shit would have believed in some other shit just as stupid.
