The film is about an youngster Kottaisamy from Madurai heading to Chennai and the entire film is about the situations he is exposed to. His character is as typically as a Madurai people where love is reciprocated with kindness and affection while anything bad is returned back with more. Poonam Bajwa was supposed to make her debut with this film as this was her first Tamil film signed.
