The original strangle-hold 'land-mark' Washington regulations meant to contain bank king's credit card abuse...gouging the poor, has been watered down via lobbyist pay-offs to an incidental minor toe stepping contusion. The enactment of the law itself, has also been intentionally postponed, allowing Cc lawyers the necessary time to weasel through the loopholes.
