Not that good of a documentary. Sure, secret crafts have been developed, but what seperates the "unknown" UFO sightings from the others are their flying characterstics, speed, and maneuverability, all of which have yet to be reproduced by any human technology.

Also, something that comes to mind is that during the UFO flap of the mid-to-late 1800's, a time when UFOs were calld "Mysterious Airships", there was propaganda being spread that they were secret craft being developed by one nation or another. Of course that was a bunch of B.S. as well.
