england dont have a number one keeper at minute. there looking for one. foster has been awful this season. dont know why, he has alot of potential. think united left it to late to start using him as hes not exactly young is he and has spent alot of time on loan or on the bench.

as for the sunderland game. hats off to the mackams. great spirit to come and have a go against us. but they like many a club seem to of forgot the game isnt over til its over.

James doesn't get a look in either these days. Green is the only keeper I want to see as the England #1, and even he isn't a great keeper.

Hell, I'd rather have Almunia then any of the English born keepers.. he's 5th in line for the Spanish.

...i remember a few years ago when the press was talking about our golden generation (the current crop) they rained praise on our defence,midfield and attack but not once was the goalie mentioned, ever since that Ronaldiniho chip/free kick against Seamen it seems that the English goalkeeper is destined for a fuck-up...

...just for once i would like England to go into the tournament without the press labeling us as favourites, and maybe,just maybe we can get to the semi-finals...
