one of my fave come of age films. up there with 400 blows, los olvidado, pixote. why he has only done two films?

P.S. Like your list, although, 'The 400 Blows' was the one for me! It knocked me off the cinematic couch of complacency, a blow by blow epiphany...the telling artistry in moving pictures...was doubled over in disbelief by its finale.
