William (Kip Pardue), a lost soul, arrives in Ithaca to hang out with his college buddy, Louis and his pregnant wife, Sophie. The three attend The Princess Ball, which is held at the castle where William meets the beautiful and magical Princess Ithaca (Nora Zehetner). After managing to have a dance with her, William uses a cheesy pick-up line that is misinterpreted by the Princess. She becomes convinced that William is The Searcher she s been looking for in order to search for the one who will heal the sick and frightened mythical creatures of the world.
