Ya it was a frappr map...I have since lost the link too, I think. They have gone through some changes and when I tried to log in it booted me (In the head!)

you click on the map. and then you wait a couple of hours for it to add a red dot that represents your location. then wait some more and wonder why your dot is gone. they don't seem to keep the info for very long, several locations are missing already. :/

Once you go to the page it will automatically add you to the map.

still looking for something better but this is a good one for now
