How do you get good at living? LIVING LIFE!... not super-life or magical life or fantasy life or an intellectualized version of life. Steel sharpens steel. Embracing and mastering the natural world makes you better... naturally! You are a a social primate, and there are only about a dozen things you gotta do really well in life. Do all them well. If you are animal happy, you are spiritual happy... because you are an animal.
My system is agreed upon by everyone. My system is self evident. Get good at this system... and see how important all this spiritual stuff is after the fact. I guarantee your "need" for it will be dramatically diminished.
If you feel like you can not physically satisfy your animal needs then do it socially. If you can not do it socially then do it creatively. You got options. The "spiritual" option is a last resort option, once all real life options fail... and you are NOT there yet!
If anyone tries to tell you that you need to qualify for salvation...or tries to SELL you a spiritual remedy... then that is how you know they are a liar.
