Wow what a subliminal movie, glad I gave it a chance. It's rare these days for a movie to frighten you without using big scary zombies and 2 million in effects. Kind of refreshing for a change. It you prefer excess action and effects over plot, then this movie isn't for you, but if you enjoy movies that make you think, then I can definitely recommend it. 9/10

If you're like me and are sick of hollywood style formulaic type films, this is a must.

I'd love to get some other opinions on this one. Anyone else see it yet?

I enjoyed it as well. It certainly bordered on cheesy at moments, but overall it was interesting and fresh.

Super Great! Like a radio play with visuals. Be sure to watch all the way through the closing credits. "Kill is Kiss"!

The rip that I watched (from this site) cut off at the credits, and from what I understand the final scene after the credits was added on due to the one of the main characters poor health, to give it a happier ending. I think I prefer the darker and more ambiguous ending that it leaves us with before the credits roll.

This is, far and away and without a doubt, The Dumbest Movie Ever Made. I had no idea what the storyline was really about. Was it an allegory, a morality tale or just a pile of shyt? I'm voting the latter, and I'll bet you will too after watching this. It was like----JUST LIKE----watching people making faces and babbling baby-noises for 2 hours. The movie had absolutely no ending.....which means that we have to keep suffering into eternity. "Kill is Kiss?" Kiss my a$$. emoticon-0121-angry.gif

So you didn't like it then...

This movie was a clever idea , fairly well executed , the idea that the meaning of words can be open to interpretation was unusual , i too am sick of no thought going into anything , dont let the world get stupid !!

I absolutely loved the film. Well acted, well thought out. I loved the cliffhanger ending. It was such a different take on thrillers. Interesting concept, I actually talked french for the next hour after the film smile.gif

just because you don't get it, doesn't mean it was bad.

It's rubbish.

No redeeming qualities.

I liked it. The idea that a virus could infect the English language is a new idea for a movie and it was cool how saying the words that were infected would totally f*%k someone up in the mind. Very unique movie I give it 7 out of 10. Oh yeah. . and definitely worth watching for FREE.

for you, but you have an issue with premise from the get go. Maybe you don't like original concepts, I don't know.

I loved this movie.
It's a great idea for a zombie(ish) film and I think I really would have enjoyed seeing the stage play version of this as well. In fact I bet the play might even be more jarring if done well.
The idea of language as a virus is not a new one, but it doesn't get a lot of treatments on screen.
It dove tails nicely into the current research on memes and temes and such.
This being the internet I'm not surprised some people didn't like it and chose to comment.
That's fair.
I haven't seen anyone make any well reasoned arguments against the movie, but it's art so... you know, everyone can have an opinion.
