I find it funny that the narrator at the beginning stated that "corrupt world views must be understood and exposed"..... Religion anybody?
"no religion, political system or economy will not work if it is not based upon the nature of reality"... *cough, cough* annnnd again religion. Religion is not based upon reality. Its funny that a religious ministry made a documentary regarding the evils of a certain ideology when their own is quite possibly THE most corrupt form of ideology there is.
The way they have coloured this documentary is laughable. Marxism, on paper is acutally a beautiful thing. The essence of it being that all people are equal. Granted, due to human nature, this doesn't work in reality. From the get-go, this documentary vilifies marxist writings as almost demonic and horrid.

Reminds me of a saying "Those who live in glass houses should not throw stones" seems while criticizing a failed political system the members of this cult are doing it from seats in one of the biggest glass houses ever conceived made of the most brittle glass know to man...........................

This is the problem with atheism....YOU DENY HISTORY THAT DOESN'T FIT YOUR WORLD VEIW! This Doc isn't one sided it is truth. It was documented with actual film footage. A lot of what Marx and Stalin said is some of the same stuff I hear athesit repeat. People that doesn't learn from history are in danger of repeating it. Actually it is already starting in the US and UK with the laws they are passing.

This is the problem with atheism (not believing in any god)....... You throw it around like it's part of every world view that doesn't follow christianity. And when you say that we deny history that doesn't fit our world view I just have to laugh. Because you call the bible a history book today and a science book tomorrow. I, for one, take the historical evidence and apply it to "my belief".

How do atheists deny history? If anything Iza, free thinkers have a clearer understanding of history than anybody that takes lessons from a little black book. What I was trying to say is that the ideals behind Marxism was not ultimately "evil". The idea that everybody is equal and deserve equal rights to every thing is actually a beautiful idea. The problem is that humanity doesn't seem to be capable of holding to this ideal for very long. The saying that absolute power corrupts absolutely holds true here. This documentary is a right wing, fear mongering propaganda piece that deserves little respect.
Whilst it is true that Stalin was extremely corrupt and the communist manifesto also turned out to be corruptible doesn't mean that that original idea was not a great thing. You should read Animal Farm by George Orwell to get an understanding of this.
You seem to feel that all the bad things about the world are because of the "ignorance" of non believers. That is just a crock of shit and you know it. Because you are christian, you deem yourself morally superior because you pick and choose what you want to believe from the bible. I have news for you lady. Atheism, humanism and rational thinking are not going to go away. Non believers are not what is wrong with the world. Humans being humans are what is the problem. It has nothing to do with not believing in an almighty sky daddy.

The only places in the world today where you could be walking down the street,and next thing you know your having your head sawed off with a buuter knife while a bunch of lunes chant "Allah akbar", or where they round up a few kids and a couple old ladies and burn em alive cuz they are witches,
No one promotes their politics by claiming their lack of belief in Zues,...anyway Stalin was a christian,which also is irrelevant seeing he was a paranoid schitzo....the German SS had" God with us" on their belt buckles...
but in the NAME OF GOD, you get all sorts of nasty human behavior........like the tortures of the inquisition...>>many a heretic could and did face such horrors as>>

• Noses, nipples and breasts pulled off with red hot pinchers
• Fried or boiled alive or roasted on a spit
• Mouth slit back to ears
• Crucified upside down

• Women stripped, hung from trees by their hair and scourged or left hanging by one leg until dead
