Tron may be a bit more significant in its time. In the early 80s no one had seen anything quite like Tron. It was experimental and it worked.

Speed is a passable action flick but not particularly memorable.

As for which is better...shrug.

well dont get me wrong, i watched tron growing up as a kid all the time. that and neverending story............now older, ive watched em again, and while tron just isnt my thing......i did however realize about NES.........."how on earth did i ever like this piece of &$%#?"

Neverending Story was amazing and so was Tron, Speed is a completely forgettable piece of shit.
