So, you basically have absolutely no reguard for personal freedoms, eh? Because, well... Loads of things would decrease crime. What about mics? The government requiring you wear a mic all the time. That would certainly reduce crime. And, hey... Let's digitize money like you wanted. (It's not like our money is
really worth anything after we lost the gold standard.) You can just swipe your lovely little ReadID. But hey, if people have to have it to buy everything they'd sure be fucked if they lost it, eh? So let's put it in their arm! No getting away from the system now. Let's add some GPS to it as well. So then... If someone commits a crime we can find him. But won't they just take the chip out of their arm? Well, probably. But with that being the only way to get money and the only way to pay for things he's gonna be pretty fucked trying to buy food. And, of course, no one will feed someone without a RealID chip because they know that person is a criminal. Let's make it illegal to feed criminals anyway. That should make it faster to find them. Just think of the possibilites. And omg... Think of the jobs it would create!
