NEW YORK (Hollywood Reporter) - "Drawn Together," Comedy Central's animated take on reality shows, is headed for a movie version that's scheduled for a 2010 video release.

"The Drawn Together Movie: The Movie!" was unveiled Wednesday by Lauren Corrao, president, original programing and development, Comedy Central.

The straight-to-DVD release is the first film based on the series. "Drawn Together," which aired from 2004 to 2007, brought together a group of recognizable cartoon characters in a "Real World"-type shared living arrangement, complete with reality challenges.
