Personally I use FLV to AVI MPEG WMV 3GP MP4 iPod Converter. (AOne software - cracks easily found)
Despite its name, it will convert almost any Audio or Video file into virtually any type of Audio or Video file.
To do that, files have to added by "drag-and-drop", as using "Open" only asks for an FLV file.
