got my first sheet made... still watching the news and looking for those killer players...

I'll be in once silly season and pre season injuries are known.

i am trying to work out my cheapy players... trying to find ones that atleast play often but cost 4.0-5.0
just part of my learning

my team, looks pretty good and depending on what happens pre season could be a very good team indeed.

i'm in, looking for an improvement on my mid table mediocrity last year. anything less than top 5 and i'll be disapointed.

Remember guys you have umlimited transfers until the reason starts I normally do mine a week before then keeo changing it all season long. Also key to this game is getting your capt right, you can change him everyweek and make 1 change without losing any points. Also dont play your wild card to early or you could be stuck with a shitty ass team

i always wait until the day before the matches start to finalize my team since injury reports come out so late...

I've finished tweaking my team and like every year it's the best possible team (always do shite though)

I spent a grand total of 100 mil exactly. I start off by picking 3 subs. The cheapest possible keeper that scored some points last year, then same defneder and midfielder etc. I prefer my cash on the pitch and not sat on the bench.

Oh i always make sure i have 2 quality keepers.

Well first year i finished 2nd and last year i finished 5th or 6th. Last year was hectic though, about twice the people as first year... Very competitive. Since it's worked well for me twice, I'm sticking with it.

How come you like 2 keepers though? Only 1 can play at once and you get 1 transfer per week without any penalty

Just checked and only cost me £4m he was a bargain,i just expected he had cost me more as he's quality.

Yeah good point. He'll get regular games this year, so i might make him my sub keeper instead of sorenson. Slightly concerned Brum might be the whipping boys this year though. Who else they signed?

I'm might swap out robinho for kevin davis and hughes for lescott or bosingwa. What's the chances of robinho getting the games he did last year? Probably not very good, so he might be waste at 9.5 mil

I would bet my left bollock that if any player in the prem has a clause in his contract with regards to playing time then that will be the brazillian midget,he also takes the pens/freekicks.

Birmingham are still in the market but they just signed Ferguson but he's not been put up yet,if he's £5m or less i'll be getting him.

Yeah although my two city midfielders should be a main stay in the city team as their midfields isn't overloaded.... Yet at least

Yep, he just might, which will suck, especially if he scores as playing in defense as I'd expect 5 points, but premier league has him down as a midfielder so he'd only get 3 or 4 or whatever it is for a midfielder. I expect him to get lots of action.

What I do with my team is choose the cheapest players and put them on the bench then get my strongest XI possible, hand-picked by prospect and performance last season..oh and I haven't got any of the bitters (Man City) in my team, they'll only f*ck it up for you

Here's the team so far, I'll probably switch it around a bit nearer the start of the season though

i'm pretty sure that this will change before the season starts

although it is tough to afford both gerrard and lampard (i sure hopoe they are worth it)

since city doesnt play in week 2 i left .5 mil back to switch in anelka for adebayor...

had to make changes, cause i dont think alonso will be at liverpool next season

i'd wait a little while with that one hitme, arsenal could still sign a centre midfielder before the big kick off. If they do it could put Denilson's place in the team in doubt. saying that it's also not a certainty that milner will start for villa (i expect him to though).

i wont finalize anything till aug 14 or any week until the day before match play... learned my lesson last year...

last year i think i was too focused on my forwards and not enough on my mids... pj ate my breakfast on that...
at the moment i have managed to put in five of the top ten mids.. i hope its a good strategy... still watching though...
