Can You Run It?
lxlanubislxl
with specs like that id personally say you can run just about any game thats been made to date.
Maybe not with FULL graphical options, but nevertheless they will run

I had a radeon 2400 pro and system memory of 2gb, and i was able to run Crysis on medium settings.

Only suggestion I'd make if your planning on using that as a gaming system is losing the Vista. Vista will hog most of that 3gb memory for its own needs.
Switch to XP it will free up ALOT of the ram for gaming compared with Vista. I personally dont see a single advantage to using Vista over XP on lower end systems (3gb and under DDR), granted it looks alot more stylish, but that can be reproduced perfectly on XP nowadays.

for extra memory use an 2,4,8 or larger usb stick an run that as readyboost could just make the difrence
