Im editing this post because after the 1st 2 episodes it became a little contrived.. They overacted and become overtly emotional at the slightest sound. It's a program thats based on the people in it and how you react to how they feel rather than the subject matter. I must say tho that it would be seriously crap if they didnt add the drama and the sounds... but seriously its not amazing after the first 2 episodes.

Just ask yourself why no naked ghosts? Do clothes have souls too?

Take a paraphrase of what Mark Twain said, remembering that Twain was an atheist and skeptic:

"Ask me if I believe in ghosts during the day, I will answer "No".
Ask me if I believe in ghosts when I'm in a dark, unfamiliar environment and my answer will be, "I Believe!"

heh, to use a common phrase to explain god. You've never seen the wind, but you believe it exists anyway.

That's a weak analogy. We don't see the wind? We do if the wind picks up debris. "Sand storm". We can feel the wind. We also know what causes wind. (Low pressure meeting high pressure).
