Andy Murray became the first British champion at Queens Club since 1938, beating American James Blake 7-5 6-4.

QUOTE
He dropped just two service games all week and did not lose a set on his way to becoming the first Briton to win the Queen's Club tournament since 1938.

At 5-5 in the first set Blake missed a forehand on break point to give Murray the upper hand.

A Blake backhand volley into the net gave Murray a decisive 4-3 lead in the second set and he held on for victory.

I'm off down the bookies to put a score on him for Wimbledon smile.gif
