Each year he runs the NASCAR Prelude to the Dream event at the dirt track, which brings dozens of big-time NASCAR stars into this sleepy town every year. In 2009 the drivers are heading back to the dirt on June 3 for what's shaping up to be one of the biggest turn outs ever.
This year the Prelude to the Dream at Eldora Speedway will raise money for four different charities that raise money for soldiers and veterans. These charities are Wounded Warrior Project, Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, Operation Homefront and Fisher House.
