Simple. You find, edit, or make an avatar for the person above you.
Make it really reflect their name or personality!

Since I'm starting, I'll make one for Thumper, since I KNOW he'll jump into this thread soon!

Shamefully, I didn't make those cause my attention is mostly warranted by my wee ones, but I'll make it up to you, I promise!
