I made crepes stuffed with cottage cheese and sliced chicken breast, topped with a white wine cream sauce made with finely sliced fresh jalapeno peppers, and the drippings from when I grilled the chicken.
Finished off with a tall, iced cold, bubbly glass of milk!

I had two beef filet steaks wrapped in bacon with 3 cheese rice on the side. Not to bad.
