For what movie? What site? What browser are you using?

Does it happen with any other divx links for other movies?

from the quote, I would say this was moved to help from the Divx thread for The Unborn (click the red arrow in the top line of the quote to be taken to the original post that is quoted)

It completely depends on which link you used. Some sites can be very slow and buffer a lot, but it all depends on time of day and where you're located geographically in relation to the host's servers, etc. Since you didn't reference which link you tried, we can't really say if there's a problem on your end. My guess is that it was just a slow link you tried.

It's probably just traffic related in your case bfranchise. Every 14 year old girl in the world is trying to watch that flick right now.

if it says buffering 100% it should play, how much of the blue progress bar can you see,if its full open the folder containing it should bring you to the file,(with the auto save on)you can see the file size changing if you refresh the page,if the file size keeps rising, well it has to be a player problem.

it actually buffers, i can click ahead into the movie but it wont play, wherever i click on the bar it goes to that part and just spams buffer 100% and wont play.. its happening for every divx movie now

Bfranchise I know exactly what your talking about and I also would like to know how to fix. On my laptop with the same OS, same browser, same divx, and AC3Filter as my desktop i'm on now I watched Hot Rod with no problems on Divxvine. I went to watch it about an hour ago here on my desktop on divxvine and it will start but constantly buffer over and over 100% but not play. If I disable the audio track the movie will play fine but without sound. I enable it again and it starts continuously buffering over and over 100%. I don't know what the deal is i've cleared cache like everyone says to do but that's not the problem. Very odd that my laptop streamed it fine earlier but my desktop that's pretty much the same has this problem. Laptop has this problem sometimes on other videos although. Like every link on the movie "Bedtime Stories". Every link does that to me. . I haven't even been able to watch that yet. Very odd problem I know all about it my friend. I'm reinstalling divx as I type this and i'm hoping that will help something. unsure.gif

Wow listen to this. . I transferred a copy of Hot Rod from my copy that works perfectly on laptop to my desktop i'm using right now and what's very odd is when I try to start the video my divx player won't even start playing it without disabling audio. I just reinstalled divx bundle like I stated in previous post and that helped nothing. It has to be something wrong with something on our pc's that won't play the videos with audio. I have latest version of AC3filter and everything! I'm getting mind raped here. . someone help us! tongue.gif
