"More FUTURAMA Coming To Fox Network?? It's Possible, Says Zapp Brannigan!!

At the recent Anime Supercon in Florida, actor Billy West - voice of Fry, Farnsworth, Zoidberg, Brannigan (and more?) on FUTURAMA says that Fox is angling to return the show to its network. Seems DVD sales & replay on Comedy Central have treated the show kindly.

I have mixed feelings about this. I love FUTURAMA & am horny for more, but Fox mistreated the series the first time around...made it damn near impossible to find/watch, then pulled it per lackluster ratings. If Fox will give FUTURAMA the attention/respect it deserves & air it at a consistent time? Cool. Otherwise...the stability of direct-to-DVD/Comedy Central would be vastly superior, I should think.
The DVDs have felt a little lackluster to me, but not so much that I'm anywhere close to abandoing the show. The next direct-to-DVD title, INTO THE WILD GREEN YONDER, releases next Tuesday, Feb 24, on standard DVD (HERE) and Blu-Ray (HERE).
