i dot really know where to post this but have you seen on all megaupload links there is now an option to view on megavideo?it is very handy for divx haters but i really think mega is anyones best option to upload to...

Yea it has been like that in the file manager since they got their new look well that was when I first noticed and then tonight I noticed when I was downloading
something that the option was added to the download page and I agree megaupload is the best for posting drag and drop = 140Kbs^^^

what is happening with the generator i have not got a video to work for days i have tried every single one of them and nothing,they are all on 0%

Everything is working fine here. Full speed ahead as well. Usually around 600 to 700kb. Already got 3 flicks from em today.

is that using the old or new script?i literally cant get any of them to work and my speed has gone down from about 350 to 20...somethings fishy..

The new script I'm still having trouble with, but the old one still works fine, same great speeds here m8...

Are u using the IE tab with FF?

nope on firefox for mac IE tab doesnt exist and i have tried with multiple browsers and always had a few problems but now it is gettin real bad...my speed is slowly returning so hopefully the generator will do the same..ty

megaupload has changed their code so i will be switching it back to the old script until i fix it?

I'm sure this question has already been asked, but it's really bugging me. Can someone tell me why I just have a green screen (with audio, just no picture), even after I go through the waiting for the download/copy the shortcut/etc? Has this happened to anyone else? I clear out the cache folder, but it doesn't make a difference. What gets me about it is, most days it works fine; then it starts doing this. Can someone help me out with this?

sounds like a codec issue? you may need to install the k-lite codec pack. check the internet cafe for it.

Yeah I've been having some issues with the generator too, never had one before. I got Firefox and a great internet connection but it just hasn't buffered past 0% the last few days. Captainrecedo I recommend just regular downloading it instead of trying to generate the link. Just delete it afterwards if you didn't like the movie. That way you get to watch it and all the work these guys do doesn't go to waste. I've watched like at least 40 movies since I discovered this amazing site.

i am having trouble getting this megaupload video to stream, i don't understand what is different, it just sits at buffering 0%

can someone test it for me and see if it streams right away for them?

loaded up right away with IE tab on FF. dl-ing now

MegaUpload was my favorite DIVX player for watching movies but with the new format i can't get it to buffer.

in Fire Fox but when Uncle mentioned IE i tried that and it worked straight off,
dunno why it dont do that with FF, i've now added the IE tab to FF and it works

they dont have IE tab for FF for mac so cya streaming it that way..also i went looking for IE for mac to see if that worked but apparently i cant download apps anymore either i think this problem is my ISP,so so grubby..

Argh. I've got a couple really large MU links that don't seem to want to play nice.

they are cls to 1gig, but like only 980Mb. I ran them through the generator yesterday, but now the links wouldn't work for another user and myself.

For now, I just edited to show the plain MU links...hope that is ok as my link is the only non-flash source for that film ATM.

Any ideas?

i've tried both in the gen and they're both fine, also updated the original post so the Donogo link works.

Just didn't want to lose the links as was a heck of time finding the original MV links, converting to full ones, all that crap.

megaupload is using a connection limit! whenever the connection limit is reached, it does not allow the script to parse the codes, so the "script error" message is just a code i wrote into the script to kill two birds with one stone instead of using an entire page, i just revert the original link into the code so that the alt method can be used without the need of opening a new page.

so the script error just means that the current megaupload limit has been reached and the alt method still lets us view the video.

Ah, that makes sense now..it's a fallback...nice!

I put in the topic to check the ALT.
I think ppl may just see the error msg, and don't scroll down the frame to see the ALT msg, therefore they think it's dead.

i added some more info to the script that may help them (crosses fingers)

is there any way to find the megaupload url off the new script? tried using the source but can't find it...

edit- i'm getting a 403 off all links

Yeah, it would be great to have that option back. This is currently obfuscated by the script.

How do we post megaupload links now. The timer is now on when entering the link. Do we just post the download link from the mega site. Before I would enter the link and post the resulting page.

Is there any way to post a MU link that's two parts of 1.1GB each?

I found MV links and converted 'em, then found out they are too big. So, they won't work.

And, it's for a hard to find dvd-rip of "Storm of the Century" too.

I managed to get the Tommyknockers one sorted.

just throwing in my 2 cents,i ve noticed when you press generate player ,down the bottom left where it says connecting to *****. if it doesn't say done when i press play the player will get stuck on 0%.every time without fail it gets stuck.when it says done the movie loads up straight away.might be a help.

I've experienced this too, but sometimes when I dont wait it plays anyway. Usually not tho. Sometimes it also helps to clear the download cache in the preferences menu and reload the page.

But I am experiencing very slow download rates. It loads fine for a couple of video's, and then all of a sudden it go's like crap. And the loading page and player pages dont load, of load very slowly.

Can I do anything to make it work better?
