A romantic comedy about a reclusive writer played by Bentley who makes his living composing eloquent suicide notes for people contemplating ending it all. His life gets turned upside down after he is romantically seduced by one of his recently deceased client’s relatives played by Ryder. Romano plays a client of Bentley’s character, who is a failed classical composer living in Los Angeles, making a living writing telephone on-hold music and trying to find peace in his life.

I've should have guessed this was a "quirky" movie by looking at the poster. They usually have that hand-drawn design to it. Why?
I wonder if quirkiness is here to stay or is it a fad? I don't have any hate towards quirky things, I was simply wondering.
Thanks for the post. It was still a decent movie. It reminded me of the film "Dedication," with Billy Crudup and Mandy Moore.
