When Bruce (Jacky Wu) helps capture four runaway convicts hiding in an island, Cop Holly (Celina Jade) believes that Bruce is one of the good guys. When a body of a decapitated ruthless criminal was found, Bruce disappears without a trace. His departure was made to believe that he is the apparent killer. The arrival of the mobsters forced Bruce to come out of hiding by taking Holly hostage. As the smoke clears, Holly is faced with a dilemma: her feelings towards Bruce and her duty as a cop to take him in.
