This is by far Spike Lee's greatest work a must see.

I agree with Ladyhawk's assessment of this film. This movie is by far the most complex ever done by Spike Lee (even moreso that the venerable "Malcom X.") It's too bad the critics panned what to many is a remarkable film. Thanks for posting, O.P. (smile!)

Is there anyway to get around the megavideo screen that comes up and says you have watched 72 minutes of video today? It always comes up even when i hve only watched 20 mins =(

Press play, than pause it as soon as it starts to load. Let it download the whole video. Then once it's finished click "File > Work Offline" (or disconnect your internet). When the 72 minutes thing pops up, turn your internet back on. The video will either play right away or be much shorter than the usual wait time.


This is the only working way around it, other than buying a membership!

Not a bad movie but Spike's direction of the action sequences made me laugh out loud. I haven't seen such corny war scenes in a long time. Not his forte.
