A commonly asked question that can be understood in a short bit of time. This will assist with searching for Movies, TV shows or software applications on the QSS site.

Also known as "Hitmewitdarock's QSS Search Engine," the man is a genius for making this tool for us.

It's a good idea to use this feature along with the "Read Before Posting" thread located in each request forum (Movies or TV), prior to posting any requests.

There are three locations one may search from:

1. The first two are in this picture (red & green circled) - link example.
~~ a. Enter a four character minimum word or phrase in the search.
~~ b. Movie or TV titles will do just fine.
~~ c. Then click the "Go" button or just press the enter key.
~~ d. The results will have a sort function like so:
Refine results for andromeda: qss main|openflv|qss forums|divx
~~~~ 1) qss main are the main site video results
~~~~ 2) open flv is a video saving method for QSS & are for those results
~~~~ 3) qss forums are forum results
~~~~ 4) divx are the divx file results
~~ e. Anything without ipb. in the front of the link will direct to main site videos
~~ f. These results will all be QSS specific.
2. The third is in this picture and it is disabled. Please do not use it.

If one clicks on the flashing QSSPLUS image - link near the top of http://qsssearch.com, they will be directed outside the QSS site for various other destinations. The results will have a sort function like so:
Refine results for andromeda: tv|movie|screener|divx

Here - is the Movie Index that can also be a good place to look.
Here - is the TV Index that can also be a good place to look

Many of us here know how to use the search feature, so please remember, if posting a help topic on how to use search, one is likely to take a little kidding about it, this is all good natured fun & helps one to further acclimate to QSS, grin.

Link posters, please take this into consideration prior to posting. Using search is a great way to see if the link (s) about to be posted are duplicates or not. If they are, they will be removed. If they aren't, please consider this post as a reference along with the two above index lists.

Happy searching everyone.
