Been looking for a few days now, so i'm finally asking here, i've been looking for a Dreamcast Emulator (with bios? or something?) Shenmue2 & Skies of Arcadia (most awesome rpg).

Did a little web adventuring, and found a new[ish] freeware Dreamcast emulator called nullDC, and if your PC is 'above average' it looks like a winner...

The next best DreamCast emulator has been released. Known as nullDC, it is able to emulate most DreamCast games at full speed with minor glitches, if not, unoticable glitches on the PC. You can now play all your favorite DreamCast games on the computer without the DreamCast console itself!

The Digg link above has the nullDC readme file, containing minimum specs and other info. If you click the blue title on the Digg page you'll get sent to a forum site with all the info and a tutorial on how to run the emulator (I've not posted the direct link to it as links to "competitor's" sites not allowed and all that... nullDC won't play original Dreamcast discs (GD-ROMs) though, as a DVD or CD drive cannot read them. The only way to read these discs on your PC is to connect your Dreamcast to it with a special cable. This means that you'll have to download the ISO versions of any games you want to play (or invest in one of these cables to convert a game you already own to an ISO file).

Explanatory Note ('cos all the above downloads might be confusing!): You'll need three things to run this emulator:
1. The nullDC emulator.
2. A Dreamcast BIOS.
3. A Dreamcast game ISO or game disc.

Oh, and just to make things even more confusing, they've released two versions of nullDC:
1. Dreamcast version (emulates the specifications of the Dreamcast exactly).
2. NAOMI version (NAOMI has twice the amount of main memory and graphics memory that Dreamcast has - games may run better and faster).
Both versions are available from the homepage.

Game ISOs can be found at a lot of emulator ROM sites (google Dreamcast ROMs). ROMBay has a bunch of them (including Shenmue 2 and Skies Of Arcadia - Yay!):

EDIT: Regarding your question about burning games to CD so you can play them on your actual Dreamcast: There is a way to do this, but I haven't yet looked into it enough to give advice.

If you want info on how to do this then I'll have a look into it and get back to you on the best way to do it. From what I've read so far, to do this you won't need to modify your Dreamcast in any way at all.

Edit: finding another site, can't download ISOs on ROMBAY unless you pay a fee, will try to find another site allthough i doubt i'll manage it lol xD

Edit2: http://www.emulation-roms.com, seems to be a french site, you can download for free but it's incredibly slow

I don't think You can have dawn of war in that aspect. Dawn of war dark crusade registers your serial and only alowes you (anyone on your ip address) to play that game online. Therefore if you downloaded it from here and cracked it... others would do the same and when each of you go to go online only 1 person would be able to do so... + when you go to log on that person would be kicked no matter what state he is online... Eg. in a game or just waiting for one.
