THIS POST IS FOR TESTING THE VLC WEB PLAYER!

i need testers to give me some feed back on how it works for you?

what kind of bugs you encounter?

i will be testing various file formats?

download the vlc player here>>> VLC 0.8.6e

if you use mozilla/firefox remember to check the mozilla plugin on install?
if you use internet explorer remember to check the active x plugin on install?

Link tested.... The Air I Breath (2007)

I get this error after entering the captcha....

(IMG:http://i39.tinypic.com/i19mvn.jpg)

Then after clicking "ok" on the error message it takes me to the player which says "no video" clicking play gives me this error....

Note:
I have no problems with either megascript for the divx player.

I just installed the latest version of VLC (0.9.8a) a couple days ago, so I thought I'd try them with it to see if it worked.
Apocolypto and Clubbed: the slider goes to the end and screen just saying 'Video loading...'
Babel and Night Train: both gave error message 'no suitable demux module found for [insert download link]'
Weird stuff, was hoping it would work for all as long as it was 0.8.6e or newer, but I guess not.

The Air I Breathe works fine though (IMG:http://static.quicksilverscreen.com/ipb/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

OK, so I uninstalled the newer version and re-installed 0.8.6i (I still had that installer on my computer)
All videos work, including the mpg files. With the mpg I initially got an error message saying 'no suitable access module...' but I closed the error message and clicked the 'Click Me Watch Video' button and it started playing.

i'm not sure why the web player only works with (0.8.6...) i think they just stopped paying attention to the web player at that point?
