Just checked the This Christmas link again and it seems Zshare has switched over to a flash player for streaming, download still gives you the original WMV file. So that should solve the WMP plugin problems.
Edit: Well the flash player isn't on every link because this link for the new simpsons episode still loads the WMP plugin http://www.zshare.net/video/5208527874143743/ |

Similar to SNT in a funky way, minus the whole WMP plug-in gig of course. |

Ok so the Christmas movie does work now , but anything thats WMP dosent work for me , i have just repaired my FF/WMP Plugin , seems to not have fixed the problem .

Like Greeniz, I too have noticed that ZShare has instigated a new flash player for their videos, instead of the problematic embedded WMP.
This seems only to apply to videos uploaded in the past week - any older videos still use the embedded WMP method of viewing. But it's good news for the future, as everyone will be able to view their vid with none of those problematic WMP plugin troubles.
